An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to work for this international, expanding, dynamic organisation.

You will report directly to the Board of Directors and be a key member of the management team. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, recruitment, talent management and development, reward and organisational design.

Your duties will be as follows:

* Responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, review and evaluation of the firm's HR strategy

* Development and implementation of an HR strategy that supports the achievement of the business goals

* Building capability through talent strategies, change initiatives for organisation effectiveness, skills gap analysis and creating great teams

* Driving change and leading teams to deliver such

* Creation of leadership and managerial development solutions for middle and senior management

* Ensuring effective application of core talent and reward processes

* Proactively developing effective training and development programmes to deliver organisational capability

* Developing the resourcing strategy to meet current and forecast talent demands

* Developing a compelling employer brand to attract the best staff and effective retention strategies to secure talent

* Monitoring and addressing legal compliance issues to ensure the organisation complies with local and national laws
