Our client is looking to add two candidates to their Customer Financial Services (CFS) is a team incorporating Credit and Collections Team and the Customer Claims Management Team (CCM). CFS is responsible for the collection of revenue and the resolution of customer claims from UK & Ireland wholesale businesses. At the end of this assignment there is a possible perminant role for the right candidate.
Based in Doxford Park and reporting to the Customer Financial Services Team Lead this role will focus on:-
• Ensuring accurate logging of incoming customer claims (Shipment, returns, invoice, defectives)
• Organising daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure progress and resolution of customer claims and aiding measurable improvement in cash collection and customer satisfaction.
• Working within an integrated account team or customer account base providing regular feedback to customers and all internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Operations and the European Warehouse about the resolution of claims. Aiming to build and maintain a solid relationship.
• Communicate professionally, effectively and tactfully through spoken and written communication cross functionally and with customers.
• Identifying trends and opportunities to reduce and eliminate customer claims through supply chain improvement.
