An excellent opportunity has arisen for a temporary Receptionist/Administrator to work for this successful, expanding business on an interim basis to assist with a busy period.

Your duties will be as follows and experience is required in all areas:

* Providing reception cover, including greeting guests, informing staff of appointment arrivals and keeping the guest register up to date
* General post duties including the opening and distributing of incoming post and the franking of outgoing post
* Distributing incoming faxes to the appropriate member of staff / department
* Booking the meeting room and board room for Board and staff meetings
* Room booking, arrangement of refreshments and production of applicable paper work and handouts
* General office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, photocopier maintenance, taking readings, data entry
