An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Systems Specialist to be part of the team responsible for the development and implementation of the Sage/ Snowdrop HR system.
Your duties will be as follows:
• Assisting in the development of the implementation plan to agree milestones, key events, time lines and training.
• Ensuring that the new system is implemented in line with the agreed project plan time lines and milestones.
• Providing guidance on the development of the system to meet departmental needs including work flows, transition arrangements, systems training and developing knowledge within the HR team.
• Assisting in the introduction of new systems and working methods associated with the new system and the transition from existing to the new processes and procedures
• Developing own knowledge of the new system and using knowledge of existing systems, processes and procedures to support introduction of new arrangements.
• Working with members of the internal IT and HR departments and external Sage personnel
You will have knowledge of current HR department systems, procedures and practices and ideally have knowledge of the Sage/Snowdrop HR System.
You will have solid project management experience and have been a key player in implementing change. You will have good planning, organising and communication skills and have strong experience of HR policies, procedures and practices.
