You must possess an attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile. Our client looks to employ someone who is looking to excel and develop a career with in finance. Working with in the Customer Financial Services department alongside the credit control team you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service as well as the ability to think analytically, helping spot trends and short comings of the supply chain.
Working in a very high paced environment toward long standing service level agreements all team members work will be judged against key performance indicators. This allows the productivity of the team to be measured and allow the department to work efficiently.

Candidates must show flexibility and a hunger to learn quickly. Strong social and communication skills are essential and will allow the reputation of the brand to be maintained.

All team members much take ownership of their customer base that are made up of retailers throughout the UK and Ireland. Internal and external communication is a key part of the everyday work load, strong IT skills are essential. Due to the nature of role following procedure is imperative, however the culture of the company allow individuals to impart their own personality and vision on the task at hand.
