An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR graduate to work for this large successful organisation.

Your duties will be as follows:

• Undertaking general administrative duties associated with the HR system
• Supporting the recruitment process in relation to correspondence and applications, interview arrangements, pre employment medicals and new starter administration.
• Assisting with departmental correspondence, maintenance of employee personal files, archive filing
• Maintaining stationery stocks for the department and processing orders
• Collecting and sorting morning post and distributing.
• Maintaining photocopier and supplies and reporting any faults
• Issuing pension documents when received
• Assisting with any ad hoc administrative duties for other members of the team
• Handling all incoming overspill telephone calls from reception and dealing with any internal enquires that may arise
• Covering reception at lunch times and end of day daily and covering full time when the receptionist is absent or on holiday.
• Ensuring that all visitors electronically sign in and advising staff of their arrival
• Ensuring visitors are issued with the relevant health and safety information

You will have a degree in HR Management and be looking for your first role after university. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
