Are you an HR Generalist? Do you have lots of experience implementing HR computer systems? If so, this could be the job for you. Our client is looking for a CIPD qualified candidate to help drive their business forward.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
• Overseeing the completion of the HR system and developing it as needed
• Implementation of the self-service aspect of HR system and assisting all Managers as required
• Development of the reward management policy
• Responsible for HR policies and procedures as appropriate
• Managing international recruitment
• General support to staff with any HR issues which arise
• Working closely with the Human Resources team on all other areas of HR
You will have a strong recruitment background, ideally at an international level and will have worked at a senior HR level in a manufacturing environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach. You will be organised, self-motivated and work well under pressure. Experience of a multi-site business would be an advantage.
