An excellent opportunity has arisen for an interim HR Advisor to work for this manufacturing business.

Your duties will be as follows:

• Managing the whole recruitment process

• Liaising with Managers with regard to vacancies

• Creating job descriptions

• Discussing vacancies with agencies and managing job boards ,

• Sourcing and selecting candidates as needs require

• Arranging interviews and conducting the interview process

• Sorting travel and hotel arrangements if necessary

• Organising visa applications and relocation packages

• Collating interview feedback

• Preparation of offer letters and employment contracts

• Reference checking

• Involvement in the induction process

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, have experience of working in a fast paced global business and have a generalist background. International recruitment experience would be an advantage
