An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work for our client based in Newcastle.

Strong reception skills are essential, together with a strong administration background.

You will have experience of running a multi-line telephone system and will meet and greet visitors as required.

Quick and accurate typing skills are necessary as you will be responsible for typing correspondence.

Organising meeting rooms and arranging refreshments will be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibility for company vehicles.

It is important that you have a professional manner; being first point of contact for enquiries to the company. You will be an organised individual with good attention to detail and be confident in the use of Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills are required along with the ability to work using your own initiative and also to manage your own workload.
