The role is to ensure all administration is carried out accurately, effectively and efficiently for this progressive and expanding company based in Newcastle
Primary Objectives:
•Ensure accuracy and up to date information on is entered on the company database to deadline, applications to be processed within 3 days of receipt.
Responsibilities:
•Application processing, including invoices and credit notes for clients and individuals
• Creation and issue of information and joining instructions
• Accuracy of information on the database
•Passing leads from to Business Development Team
•Other duties as required
•Creation of credit notes as per policy
•Full time roll forwards
•Pro-forma
•Credit card processing as per policy
The key skills and aptitudes required of the post holder are:
Technical Skills/Knowledge
•Possesses excellent knowledge of company IT systems
•Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office
•Is aware of the service and products offered by the business
It is important that you are able to communicate written and oral information clearly and effectively
