Our client is looking for a strong HR Generalist to join their expanding team. You will be CIPD qualified and have a strong involvement in the integration of the new HR system.
Your duties will be as follows:
• Implementation of the self-service aspect of the HR system for employees and Managers
• Highlighting policies and procedures/reward management to employees on the system
• Encouraging employees to use all aspects of the self service system ie; for personal changes
• Training all Managers on new system ie; for absence records, performance records and other essential HR data
• Looking at required areas of recruitment for the business needs
• Working closely with the Human Resources team on all other areas of HR
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player and ideally have manufacturing experience. You will be able to offer an innovative approach to the HR system roll out to encourage buy in from Managers and employees alike. An encouraging management style with a driven and friendly attitude are essential. There is huge career progression for the right candidate.
