An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst to work for this large international organisation. You will provide financial analytical support as required within the business planning function.
Your duties will be as follows:
• Ensuring the primary live financial reporting tool is maintained and reconciled to divisional financial accounting data to ensure data is accurate, relevant and up to date for the needs of all users
• Sales analysis by key customer account reporting and looking at all comparative data
• Preparing, developing and maintaining reporting, forecasting and budgeting tools to enable the business planning function to operate efficiently, while providing all operational users with sufficient detail to manage their own areas of responsibility
• Ongoing live reporting and monitoring of results
• Month end reports for Divisional Results pack
• Tri-annual divisional rolling forecasts, Sales/Margin/P&L/Balance Sheet/Cashflow
• Annual Operating Plan
• Working within the business planning function to assist in providing commercial support throughout the business to ensure divisional financial objectives are met
• Providing commercial & financial analytical support to sales & marketing functions
• Profitability review, margin analysis, target setting and monitoring
• Other commercial/financial support as required
You will be a part or fully qualified accountant and have experience of financial analysis. You will have worked in a fast moving, profit & cash focused business and be used to working accurately to tight deadlines. Very strong excel and analytical skills are essential
