An excellent opportunity has arisen for an interim Group Finance Manager to work for this large growing organisation. Your duties will be as follows:

* Designing, producing and presenting accurate financial information
* Assisting the Board to make decisions regarding the company’s financial performance, cash projections, growth and solvency
* Rigorously managing cash flow by implementing robust financial controls that minimise the risk of non payment and late payment by debtors and optimise credit terms for the company
* Producing accurate monthly management accounts, weekly financial performance reports and weekly cash flow forecasts
* Providing accurate information and guidance to the Board on the use and application of public sector funding
* Ensuring all Board members are aware of the financial regulations, and receive timely updates of changes that will affect the operation of the company
* Providing financial information bulletins to the Management Team to ensure compliance with public sector requirements
* Designing, implementing and maintaining stringent financial controls
* Undertaking monthly invoice/ claim reconciliations
* Adopting effective payroll procedures that secure and regulate timely payment for staff salaries and expenses
* Regulating employer payments to the Inland Revenue and other relevant government agencies
* Leading, managing and delivering clean Public Finance Audits for all direct and partnership publicly funded contracts
* Responsible for internal audit procedures

Candidates must be fully qualified and ideally have some knowledge of public sector funding.
