We are looking for someone to support our Clients customers managing products from the initial order, through the production process to final deliver to customers.
The main tasks / skills are listed below.
Good understanding of spreadsheets and accuracy managing detailed information. In particular this will relate to transferring projects onto spreadsheets to work with both customers and suppliers on to move the project through to production.
Excellent customer service skills, able to discuss projects with customers confidently.
Good project management skills.
Able to work with suppliers and provide accurate information on product specification and follow production of products through print / packing and delivery, maintaining internal information and keeping customers informed.
Good interpersonal skills in what is an open and interactive office and management style.
Initiative and ability to work through projects, liaising with design and production staff and managing own workload.
Knowledge of purchasing and invoicing useful, but must be happy to learn about procurement and financial administration.
The ideal candidate will be confident, accurate, excellent with detail and software, but able to be friendly and professional working with both customers and staff internally. Good initiative will be required as this is a key role for us and we need someone who can think through projects for themselves and acquire the right information.
Immediate start available – Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. – Salary £15,000
