Our client based in South Shields, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work on average 17 hours per week over various shift patterns including evenings and weekends within their specialised department, dealing with queries and orders of extremely high importance.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
* Ensuring client data is accurately loaded & maintained onto the in-house system database.
* Maintaining a total chronological client activity data log.
* Monitoring that orders and deliveries are completed on time against planned dates.
* Confirming delivery & installations were satisfactory with clients
* Providing first class service to clients & customers.
You will have 2 years previous experience within a customer service environment, preferably within the NHS as well as direct customer/patient service experience . You will have IT proficiency in a Microsoft /windows environment.
The client is seeking individuals who are customer focused with a caring nature towards the needs of vulnerable people. Good listening skills, the willingness to make special effort to solve complaints, and problem solving are essential attributes for the successful candidates.
Candidates must be willing to undergo an enhanced CRB check.
Candidates must be aware that they will be expected to work full time hours during training which could be six weeks plus.
