Our client, based in the centre of Newcastle, requires a part time or full time Credit Controller to join their team. The role will report into the Credit Controller Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collection of overdue accounts via telephone, letter and e-mail
• Dealing with queries and liaising with branch staff
• Sending of copy invoices, statements
• Credit checking and opening new accounts
• Cash allocation

If part time the role would requires someone to work 25-30 hrs per week. It is vital that on two occasions every month you could work full days and also be able to cover for holidays.

If a full time post then it is important that you also have experience in general accounts/bookkeeping and be able to assist re bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal input, nominal ledger.
