Our client is looking to recruit two experienced Administrators / Customer Service Clerks to work in a busy Customer Service Department for a period of approx 3 months.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your duties will include:-

Accurate input of data
Compiling reports
Dealing with customer queries
Dealing with customer orders, logging faults etc
General administration duties
Assisting within the quality control department
Assisting within the HR idepartment if required

Strong administration are also essential as the successful candidate will be working in a very busy and pressurised environment so the they must be organised, have advanced IT skills and be a team player as you will be liaising with all departments within the company to resolve any queries from the customer.
