An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to work for this growing financial services company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop with the business.
Your duties will be as follows:
• Providing full PA support to the 2 Directors
• Liaising with clients and setting up appointments as appropriate
• Co-ordinating meetings and organising client events
• Dealing with client applications over the phone
• Preparation of contracts and organisation of all paperwork
• Sales invoicing and managing client payments
• Bank reconcilation and allocation of all monies received
• Cheque reconciliation
• Screening and managing calls and emails
• Extensive diary management
• Managing administrative staff
You will have worked in a similar position and be adept in both office and financial management. You will have the ability to quickly build relationships and communicate well at all levels. You will be highly motivated with a passion to achieve results and to learn.
Strong IT skills are essential and a working knowledge of Sage is desirable.
Candidates will have worked in a financial services environment and will ideally have CEMAP experience.
