FInance Administrator

Salary: £23000 - £24000

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

KCR Solutions are assisting our client who have an immediate need for a Office/Finance Administrator. They are based in Longbenton and are looking for someone who is hard working, personable, flexible and who can adapt to change.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering phones
  • Dealing with post
  • Greeting visitors
  • Entering employees daily timesheets onto production system
  • Scanning production packs
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Printing invoices and matching them to Purchase Orders
  • Sending invoices out to managers for authorisation
  • Ordering stationery
  • Data input
  • Other adhoc administrative duties as required.

You will have previous experience working in an office environment and ideally some experience or invoice input.

This is an OFFICE based role, Monday to Friday.
