Accounts Assistant – Part Time – Gateshead
KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant to work for a manufacturing company in Gateshead. This is permanent, part time position. The hours are flexible and will be between 24-28 depending on the candidate’s requirements. The salary will be up to £20,000 pro rata.
Duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
- To provide support and assist in the day to day accounting function of purchase ledger and sales ledger
- To ensure prompt and efficient receipt of payments from clients
- To assist in the creation, checking, data input and payment of all invoices
- Preparation of supplier statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
- Credit control duties
- Maintaining the petty cash
