KCR Solutions are currently working on behalf of a successful company based in Gateshead. We are looking for a Assistant Finance Officer to join their finance team. The salary is £18,450
As a Assistant finance officer you will be working within the Finance Team reporting to the Finance Manager
- Monitoring Finance Mail Box and ensuring messages are passed on to relevant person.
- Receiving incoming mail and stamping with date received stamp with the date received. Redistributing to relevant persons.
- Assisting Finance officer with requesting authorisations for invoices to be processed. Scanning of invoices that have been processed.
- Contacting Suppliers for statements.
- Filing of all invoices once processing is complete.
- Manage filing room. Checked all files for correct labelling and dating.
- Processing of petty cash and payment card expenditure of the projects. Attending to queries from the projects.
- Archiving of files annually. Ensuring boxes are correctly labelled.
- Carrying out any other reasonable requests.
