KCR Solutions are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager to work for our excellent client based in Newcastle.

Salary – competitive

Responsibilities

  1. Designing, implementing and leading a cross function continuous improvement programme within the company
  2. Responsible for managing all aspects of the CI program
  3. Building a comprehensive project management system, including defining and monitoring KPI’s, dash board management and reporting
  4. Leading and delivering multiple CI work streams and improvements
  5. Engaging and influencing Managers through the lifecycle of a CI programme
  6. Motivational and coaching skills to ensure a continual and consistent focus on improving efficiency across all teams and projects
  7. Co-ordinating resources from multiple disciplines at different levels, to deliver best in class solutions
  8. Organising and managing multi-disciplinary teams during the life cycle of the improvement activity
  9. Carrying out root cause analysis and process mapping on reported issues
  10. Educating staff members on Lean principles

You will have significant experience of working within a large corporate environment, be a self-starter, who is capable of working under limited supervision. The ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with employees at all levels of the business is essential. You will have a 6 Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) with post qualification experience
