Job Description

KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for an excellent client based in Gateshead.  This is a permanent vacancy. Salary will be £18000-20000

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance/Payroll person to administer their Time Recording and Payroll function.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining employees daily clocking
  • Ensure records are updated
  • Process monthly payroll for 200 hourly paid employees
  • Administer Workplace Pension
  • Sage 50 payroll
  • Dealing with payroll queries and issues
  • Assisting with input and processing of invoices
  • Invoice queries
  • General office admin duties
  • Adhoc duties as directed by the FC

Applicants will need to demonstrate an understanding of shift rules and processes and be able to work independently.
