Job Description

KCR Solutions are recruiting a Payroll Clerk to work for a successful company based in Newcastle. This is on a 6 Month Contract

Salary – £18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience

The Role involves working within a team and will include the following:

  1. Payroll Processing
  • Starters, Leaders
  • One-off payments including season ticket loans
  • Checking payroll changes
  • Tax Uploads
  1. Reporting and Reconciliations
  • Payroll reconciliations/Data Cleansing
  • Various Reports
  • Third Party Payments
  1. Assisting with correspondence and customer service
  2. Ad-Hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated payroll processing experience
  2. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel
  3. Awareness or experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment
  4. Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
  5. Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
