Job Description

£19,000 – £22,000

 

KCR Solutions are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to work for a company based in Newcastle. This is a full time, permanent position. Salary will be between £19,000 to £22,000.

The role involves working within a team and will include the following:

1.     Payroll Processing

    – Starters, leavers

    – One-off payments including season ticket loans

    – Checking payroll changes 

     – Tax uploads

2.     Reporting and reconciliations

    – Payroll reconciliations / Data cleansing

     – Various reports

     – Third party payments

3.     Assisting with correspondence and customer service

4.     Ad-Hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

1.             Demonstrated payroll processing experience

2.             Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel

3.             Awareness or experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment

4.             Understanding of payroll legislation and processes

5.             Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
