20-25 Hours

£18,000 Pro Rata

 KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an excellent client based in Blaydon on a Part time basis.

 Responsibilities: 

1.    Coding and checking invoices

2.    Matching and batching invoices

3.    Inputting and processing high volumes of invoices on a weekly basis

4.    Opening and amending supplier accounts

5.    Responding to supplier queries

6.    Payment runs

7.    Supplier statement reconciliations

8.    Assisting with ad-hoc duties within the accounts team

Requirements:

1.    Previous purchase ledger experience

2.    Experience of working in a high volume environment

3.    Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good attention to detail.
