Job Description

KCR Solutions are currently seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to work for our excellent client based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Salary – £17,000 – £18,000 depending on experience

Duties

  1. Processing a high volume of invoices
  2. Reconcile monthly ledger
  3. Communicating with both internal and external contacts
  4. General administrative duties and adhoc tasks within the team
  5. Timely and accurate postings of customer payment so the sales ledger
  6. Credit Control

Requirements

  1. Previous experience working in a finance role
  2. Fully competent in Sage Line 50
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately
  5. Confident in ICT skills – particularly in Microsoft Excel
