Sales Ledger/Data Entry Clerk
KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger/Data Entry Clerk to work for our successful client on a 2 month contract to start immediately. Salary is £9.00 – £10.00 P/H depending on experience.
Part Time – 15-25 hours
- Raising sales invoices
- Raising credit notes
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Supplier payment creation
- Effectively and efficiently inputting data into spreadsheets
- Ensuring accuracy of information
- Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office/Excel
- Experience of raising sales ledger invoices
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good team work skills
