Job Description

KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger/Data Entry Clerk to work for our successful client on a 2 month contract to start immediately. Salary is £9.00 – £10.00 P/H depending on experience.

Part Time – 15-25 hours


  1. Raising sales invoices
  2. Raising credit notes
  3. Dealing with invoice queries
  4. Supplier payment creation
  5. Effectively and efficiently inputting data into spreadsheets
  6. Ensuring accuracy of information

Person Spec

  1. Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office/Excel
  2. Experience of raising sales ledger invoices
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Good presentation skills
  5. Good team work skills
